How do you know if you need a new Rider Pilates course block?
If you're not sure whether you need a new Rider Pilates course block now, here's how to tell.

Go to the front page of your course library in the membership site or app. (Use the 'Course Library' link at the top of this page, or go to www.riderpilatesclub.com/library or log into the membership site or app.

Once you're logged in, use the little arrow in the top left corner of the screen to click 'home' to your 'library'. You'll know when you're on your library because it is the page where you can see just ONE tab for each of your current numbered Rider Pilates courses as well as one tab for the Q&A Replays, and so on.

Look at your numbered Rider Pilates courses on this page (eg the ones titled Course 1: Get Going with Rider Pilates, Course 2: Next Steps with Rider Pilates, and so on).

If you have three numbered courses there with the earliest dated 'August / September' then it's time for a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 for February onwards!

But if you only have one or two numbered Rider Pilates courses there, with the earliest being dated 'October / November' or 'December / January' then you still have a Rider Pilates course (or two) to come in your current 3-for-2. So for now, you only need to add in Strength Training now if you would like to!
How do you know if you need a new Strength Training course block?

Go to the front page of your course library in the membership site or app. (Go to www.riderpilatesclub.com/library or log into the membership site or app and use the little arrows in the top left corner of the screen to click back through to your library front page.) You'll know when you're on your library front page because it is the page where you can see just ONE tab for each of your current numbered Rider Pilates courses as well as one tab for each of your Strength Training courses, the Q&A Replays, and so on.

Look at your Strength Training courses on this page.

If you have THREE numbered Strength Training courses there (a Strength Course 1, Strength Course 2 and a Strength Course 3) then it's time for a new block.

How to choose your new Strength Training block: Each 'Level' (eg Beginners/Returners, Intermediate, Advanced) in the Strength Training courses has a Course 1, 2, and 3 in it. You can repeat your current or previous level of course, and you can always make it more challenging by increasing the weights / resistance that you use! You are ALWAYS in control of the weight / resistance that you use, at all levels. But if you are looking to progress from your previous Strength Training courses onto different courses with slightly more complex movements and less rest time, then it's time to choose the next 'level' up in that series. So Beginners / Returners move up to Intermediate, Intermediate move up to Advanced, Advanced move up to Advanced Plus, Advanced Plus move up to Boss Level!
