There are three 'Catch Your Breath' weeks after Phase One and three more at the end of Phase Two - use these weeks to catch up if needed or to integrate the exercises into your normal routines so that you can choose the best habits for you, and embed them for life (with my support)

 

✓ Audio downloads of the breathing exercises and on-horse techniques will be downloadable for you to keep forever!

 

✓ (Access to the videos ends at the end of the course, BUT you'll be expert at the exercises by then because they're so simple)

Your Questions Answered

Will I need any equipment? 

None at all.  

When does the course run and how long will I have access? 

Phase One begins on Monday 3rd February. New content is released once a week on Mondays for 6 weeks, then we have three 'Catch Your Breath' weeks for you to catch up if needed, or to consolidate your favourite exercises into your routine from Phase One (with my support). Phase Two begins on Monday 7th April. new content is released once a week on Mondays for 6 weeks, again. Then we have three more 'Catch Your Breath' weeks as before, plus a special end of course webinar at the end! 

Audio downloads of the key breathing exercises you need to make this a success for life are yours to keep forever. The video access ends at the end of the course, but you won't need it by then as you have the audio downloads and the biomechanical exercises are very simple so you'll be expert at them by then! 

My life is pretty hectic. Will I be able to fit it in? 

Most of the exercises take just minutes to do and lots of the breathing exercises can be done while you do other things in your busy day, too, if you like. 

I have asthma / COPD, can I do the course?

Yes!

I get panic attacks, can I do the course? 

Yes there may be some exercises you want to skip if they don't feel good to you but overall this will help you, and we have some specific techniques for you coming up in Phase Two too. 

I am pregnant, can I do the course? 

You could, but you'd be a bit limited in the exercises you can do. So to be honest you'll get much more out of it if you come back it when your baby's arrived (and you've caught up on some sleep and can remember what day it is!!) With this in mind I do NOT include adaptations for people who are beyond 12 weeks pregnant on this course. 

What if I need help with an exercise? 

This is exactly what the live Q&As are for! When you join you'll get access to the course members' live Q&As where you can send me a question and I can talk you through / demo things for you.
