Yay! Fab to have you join us for Strength Training! These courses are Add-On programmes only for use alongside Rider Pilates courses.  

Whichever option you choose below, you will get:

  • A block of THREE progressive 6-week courses over 6 months, starting Monday 3rd February
  • The course start & end dates match the Rider Pilates courses, so it's easy to keep track
  • The Catch-Up Weeks also match, so you will have time to Complete, Repeat or Maximise on the end of each 6-week course

BEGINNERS / RETURNERS

  • Perfect for you if you haven't done any / much resistance training before, or not for a while 
  • Each course has one new 25-30 min session each week for 6 weeks, and the aim is to do each session twice in the week it's released

Do you need a new Rider Pilates course now too?

The Strength Training Add On is exactly that - an Add-On for ALONGSIDE a Rider Pilates course. It is not a complete rider programme in itself, it's an optional extra to go 'with' your Rider Pilates.

How do you know if you need a new Rider Pilates course now too? 

1) If you joined the December-January Course 1 Get Going with Rider Pilates through the Black Friday offer in November, then it's time to get a new course block! 

2) If you are currently in a 3-for-2 offer, you can check whether you need a new Rider Pilates course by logging into the site, then using the little arrow top left to go 'home' to your 'library' where you can see all of your current courses. 

If your earliest course there is labelled 'August/September', then it's time to get a new Rider Pilates 3-for-2 now, so that you will have courses from Monday 3rd February onwards.
